Literacy

In our literacy lessons we will have a focus text that we will spend 2 weeks reading. During these 2 weeks we will look at the characters, join in with repeated refrain or ryhming words, talk about the problem in the story and how it is resolved.  We will also discuss characters feelings and how the story makes us feel.

Autumn 

This half term  our class text is Handas Hen 

We have looked at different feelings and talked about how the charcters wwould have bee feeling. We made sad faces becuase Handa was sad when she lost Mondi and we showed happy faces because Handa was happy when she found Mondi.
