Autumn 2 2024 - World War 2

We will be studying this period in history and looking at the causes and the impact of this conflict. This theme threads through our English work as we read Star of Fear, Star of Hope and write a flashback narrative set during the Second World War. We will look at how the war affected daily life in Britain and learn more about how and why the conflict came to an end.
